No news is good news for buyers and sellers of Bermuda residential real estate.
The 2018-2019 Bermuda Government Budget Statement contains no increase in license fees, conveyance-related stamp duties, nor any other increases for residential property. However, commercial property will see a temporary 5% increase in land tax.
